My Philososphy of education is that; you must be the change you need the education system to be in Jamaica and The Global Classroom. This is educational reconstructionism; and social reconstructivism.

This is the foundation of our education.

Professional Autobiography Rayon Edwards (1992) Jamaican novice practicing art teacher and former graphic designer Rayon Edwards is one of the greatest and most influential teachers of the 21st century, as well as the founder of Webb Steele Limited which is an art business founded in the year of 2014 to develop artworks of a different sort. Mr. Edwards was also a former under 15 cricketers who exceeded to the under 19 levels representing Jamaica regionally and is a right hand all rounded. SYNOPSIS Rayon Edwards was born on September 10, 1992, in Kingston Jamaica West Indies at the Kingston Public Hospital. Rayon Edwards was also a practicing accountant and black and white artist whose work, was notable for its beauty, emotion, and color and highly influenced the 21st-century art. He struggled with abandonment and remained poor throughout his teenager life and virtually unknown throughout his young adulthood at 20-22 years of age. EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION Born on September 10, 1992, in Kingston, Jamaica, Rayon Edwards name was Rayon Mitchell before his sister changed his name to Rayon Edwards before attending four square basic schools in 1998. He then lived with his godparents where he started to be on his own. He was a very determined child who learned how to do everything on his own and so learned how to take care of himself, soon his God gradians further abandoned him and left him with his two brothers where he later attended Tarrant primary school. He never had financial support in anything and so he found it difficult to cope with daily activities because he was restricted. He had the love for cricket and later develop his talents in arts and cricket. He drew many artworks including dragon ball Z characters after which he later discovered how to graphic design and sculpting tremendously. He further played cricket for his school and received an opportunity to attend Tarrant High School. He later then continued playing cricket and producing good artworks. He continued on his excellent journey despite his difficulties in financing his education. He received a scholarship to attend Munro College to further his education in arts and playing cricket for the college he then discovered that he had the ability to educate persons like himself and young adults and so his potential was great. It was then that Mr. Albert Corcho decided to assist him further by allowing him to continue his education at the Mico University College due to his tremendous cricketing abilities. He never gave up despite the financial struggles and so was grateful for the scholarship to continue his education.
