Educators must blend their face-to-face (f2f) lessons with integrated technology and digital media and so came the theory of blended learning because of the rapid surge of technological advances has required educators and corporate trainers supervisors in workshops and the natural factors in the environment that causes COVID-19; that help increased the use of technology to all levels of education. Individuals learn from a distance in online learning or hybrid. Online learning encompasses all learning that is conducted virtually, in an online setting and on the flipside, face-to-face or in-person, physical learning is training of visual arts done in person, whether that’s one-on-one session or in group setting. Because “ftf” have a place in our blend; the main training can now come from being synchronous and synchronous learning occurs when a group is engaged in learning at the same time and location. Therefore; online blended distance learning is now happening frequently than traditional face-to-face in person blended learning approaches offline. Online learning is even more effective because many organizations are starting to incorporate the positive lessons from face-to-face into their digital strategy and creating online blended learning that combines the social aspect of face-to-face and blend it with online digital platforms such as zoom, google meet and other live meeting modalities making it flexible, streamlined, personalized and social. The more fac-to-face elements are translated into a digital space; the more people center it becomes, hence Student-Centre eLearning from Student-Centre Approach.
Outlining is a visual strategy that improves student learning by helping students organize, clarify, and structure information and ideas. Teachers can use the process of outlining to identify gaps in students knowledge and teach accordingly. Outlining helps the teacher to create outlines for students to organize content. What does a teacher use to collect information to create an outline? This can be done through data collection methods; such as; Observation, interviews, focus groups, and survey and so on. Sometimes collecting these data includes some specific areas which needs to be highlighted and so outlining; online learning, project-based learning and blended learning or hybrid learning are a few pointers outlined during data collection. Therefor; a lesson plan can now be formed based on the method of data collection to effectively teach a lesson in a new environment. So; What should be included in a lesson outline? A lesson outline is not like a course outline which includes; Course description, duration, course objectives, learning outcomes, structured and deliver methods, assessment methods, pre-requisites and outcomes. it has to begin from a data collection point of view or perspective by using an instructional design model like; The ADDIE model, Merrill’s Principles of instruction; Bloom’s Taxonomy and Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction. Now an effective ” lesson Outline” can be created based on the standards of the subject or specialized area of study; first branching from the curriculum, then the unit plan, then the outline for students, unit, teachers, course, or lesson. Usually; what ever is observed in school as design standards would end up in an outline so that the break down can be easier for planning. The lesson plan is usually seen as the final stage of the process before the session begins. experience .

From a constructivist point of view a unit plan is an outline of the lesson to be taught that provided the lesson outline for a plan to teach with. There are many benefits which make teachers choose blended learning over other learning strategies, such as extending the reach, increasing flexibility, pedagogical richness, reusable patterns ( reusable contents and functionality), optimized development cost, social interaction that are easy for revision and customization. However, the blended learning system tends to focus on the teacher for creating knowledge rather than on the student ( Carbonaro et al., 2008). The use of learning pack with visual arts content can also improve blended learning where students are engaged through collecting the learning materials at their schools and repeat the process. The combination of synchronous and asynchronous learning approaches to meet specific educational goals makes a big difference with blended learning improvements.
